Order Processing Time-frames
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, this time-frame does not include shipping time.
Orders will be shipped within Canada via Ground delivery by Canada Post. For orders shipping to the US, please visit Excalibur Crossbow US
We currently do not ship to International addresses.
Calculated shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on order size, dimensions, ship to location and the shipping option requested.
Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout and are based on the shipping destination and shipping service selected.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other delays by the carriers outside our control.
We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order, however, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay. You will be given the option to either A) Hold the entire order and ship it complete as soon as the backordered product is available or B) Ship the available product immediately, and ship the remainder of the order when the backordered product becomes available.
Change of Address
If you need to change the Ship To address, you must contact Excalibur Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800)463-1817 to make arrangements. If the order has not yet shipped, the ship to address can easily be changed with no additional shipping charges. After the order has shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Impossibility of Delivery
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received because the wrong delivery address was provided. Please make sure that the recipients address is correct and contact customer service if the recipient did not receive the order.
